We were very busy this last Thursday before the holiday break!
Painting paper roll Nutcracker men. (Edgar recently saw a performance of the Nutcracker at CCAE, so the inspiration was fresh in his mind.)

The teen volunteers had time to make mosaic pots
The kids who'd missed last week, made mosaic pots too.
And ornament painting too. (Check my blog, JaneVille, for a tutorial)
A fabulous Nutcracker!
At the end of a very busy two hours, every kid went home with a wrapped gift (their mosaic pots) an paper roll something, an ornament a gift tag...whew!
