The kids painted two sheets of watercolor paper. One as sea (with salt sprinkled) and one as sky. Then I cut the water into 3 waves and we dangled the fish from fishing line from the top. We didn't have time to make kelp from green construction paper, as I'd planned. The kids were too into making fish.

water scene (no time for kelp)
The kids painted two sheets of watercolor paper. One as sea (with salt sprinkled) and one as sky. Then I cut the water into 3 waves and we dangled the fish from fishing line from the top.
